Theme: “Navigating Higher Education Trends on Formation, Artificial Intelligence, and Internationalization”
The Davao Association of Catholic Schools through its Higher Education Commission is pleased to invite college faculty, researchers, professional teachers, graduate school students, directors of formation, community engagement, internationalization and information technology to its first Higher Education and Research Summit with the theme: “Navigating Higher Education Trends on Formation, Artificial Intelligence and Internationalization”, on June 28-29, 2024 at the Grand Menseng Hotel, Davao City. The summit is granted 6 CPD credits by PRC.
Among the distinguished speakers in the summit are Fr. Karel San Juan, SJ, President of the Ateneo de Davao University; Mr. Donato Z. Estocada, CFMP, Director of International Affairs of Rizal Technological University; Prof. Vicente Antonio V.Pijano III, Chairperson of the Bureau of Philippine Standards of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI-BPS) and Chancellor-Chief Operating Officer of the Philippine Women’s College of Davao; Fr. Jessel Gerard M. Gonzales, SJ, Director of Ignatian Spirituality and Formation Institute of the Ateneo de Davao University; Dr. Dave E. Marcial, Executive Director of Asian University Digital Resource Network; Dr. Evelyn S. Ecle, Focal Person on Internationalization, CHED XI and Dr. Bonifacio G. Gabales, Jr., President of the University of Southeastern Philippines.
Registration fees are Php2,950.00 for CEAP member-schools and Php 3,250.00 for non-member schools. The fees cover food for Day 1 (AM & PM snacks, lunch) and Day 2 (AM snacks and lunch). Accommodation is not included. Participating schools will have a chance to receive book gift packages courtesy of C&E Alternative Learning Systems.
